My husband and I were living in Florida and wanted to move back to Racine to be with our grandchildren. 
We called Dan Pederson and he worked with our daughter to find the place we were looking for. 
It was much harder long distance and Dan took the time to explain every page of the contract. 
We were able to come home and close the deal without any problems.  It made our move back a lot smoother. 
Since the closing I have talked to Dan twice and he still takes time out of his busy day to answer questions.

About six weeks ago we sold our home in the Orlando area and quickly needed to find a home in Racine. We had determined to move back to Wisconsin to be closer to our children and grand kids. Our son-in-law recommended that we work with Dan Pederson and the rest is a great story. We arrived on the scene within five days of accepting an offer on our home and spent the day with Dan looking at many properties that met our objectives.
Follow up was necessary before we returned to Florida and he was ready for the task.
Once our choice was made numerous phone calls from Dan to Orlando answering questions, giving us status and suggestions and follow up was commonplace. Even after the deal was signed and delivered he continued to assist us.
